Tubular Services is committed to a quality assurance program. We perform detail inspections on each joint of threaded pipe. We check for lead, taper, thread height, thread length and stand off with different inspection instruments. We verify for torque and dimensional specifications of coupling on every joint. We also do a visual inspection of the upset on every joint to check for wrinkles, underfill and punch scores. If the pipe did not pass the inspection, it will be sent back to the production line for repair until it meets all the requirements.
