Monthly:International and Workover Rig Counts

Internationalrig count,which excludes the US and Canada,  was up 22 to 1,054 for themonthof March, 2008 and is 60 rigs or 6.0 percent above lastyear's 994.

The totalnumber of rotaryrigs worldwide in February was 3,259 down 158 from February and 124 higher thanlast year.

USworkover rig count for June,2007 was down 9 to 1,548 and is 100rigs below last year's levelof 1,657.
